Part-Time Community Manager – Creative Agency – Central London – To £25k pro rata

Independent creative agency based in Central London seeks experienced Community Manager for 12 hours per week on a rolling three-month contract.

With an impressive range of fashion, FMCG and alcohol brands and an enviable culture, this award-winning creative agency in Central London has come through the pandemic better than ever. 

Now 30-strong and growing, they work with some big-name clients in the brand, advertising, shopper and social space. They also have a refreshingly flat structure and a politics-free vibe in which you can flourish. Now the agency is looking for an experienced Community Manager to support its growing social team.

The Community Manager role

You will be supporting social media output for the agency’s retained clients – in particular two incredibly well-known names in high-street fashion.

This is a rolling, three-month contract for approximately 12 hours per week with flexible hours. An agency background is not essential for this purely remote role, but you should have client-side or in-house brand experience and understand the unique nature of client relationships.

Reporting into the agency’s Influencer Specialist and a Senior Creative, you will be mapping out social content across different channels including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, building / posting IGS using social assets, writing confident social copy, creating content calendars and carrying out general community management.


  • Have at least three years’ experience as a Community Manager across a range of channels including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
  • Are used to managing and growing social communities for brands and able to adapt your tone of voice as required
  • Have a love of fashion and fashion brands
  • Are organised and self-disciplined, with the ability to multi-task 
  • Are quick thinking and able to escalate issues if you spot them
  • Have a can-do attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Are driven and motivated with meticulous attention to detail

Salary and benefits

To £25k pro rata plus flexible working and a host of great perks.
