The Sales Manager / Digital Account Manager / Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for:
*Building a portfolio of new accounts and managing the ongoing relationships to create new business for the company
*Working closely with candidates to find them the best matched roles
*Building out your desk & reputation through recommendations, self-marketing, attending events & developing an outstanding understanding of the market
*Working towards targets & KPIs to ultimately create revenue for the company and yourself

What we're looking for:
*Ideally 1+ years' experience in a commercial industry, this could be sales, account management, marketing, consultancy, recruitment, etc.
*Fast-thinkers who can 'work smart' and make commercial decisions
*People with ambition who have a proven history of success in their past roles or experience
*Excellent, confident communication skills; someone who enjoys talking to clients
*Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent (not a deal-breaker)
*Local to our St Albans offices
