Position: Senior CX Strategist
Location: London
Duration: 3 months

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior CX Strategist! The successful candidate will encompass digital expertise with a hint of service design and play a key role within the team.

Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Setting up cross-channel journey maps and taking on all the background work
- Building a complete picture of how the customer experiences the product
- Leading 2-3 substantial projects simultaneously

Key skills required
- Great story telling skills using Power Point
- Ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously
- Expert level mapping skills for cross-channel journey maps
- High competence with data and knowledge of using it to support design decisions
