- Setting up cross-channel journey maps and taking on all the background work
- Building a complete picture of how the customer experiences the product
- Leading 2-3 substantial projects simultaneously
Key skills required
- Great story telling skills using Power Point
- Ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously
- Expert level mapping skills for cross-channel journey maps
- High competence with data and knowledge of using it to support design decisions
