Our motto is: “The happier our staff, the better work we will deliver.”

Because of this, we’ve worked hard to create a culture people will thrive in, and where training and development is vital. Reddico focus on helping people to reach a stage where they’re qualified and experienced enough to move on, but wouldn’t because of the inspiring, innovative and rewarding atmosphere of Reddico.

We have five core Reddico values – designed to make sure we’re continually acting in the best interests of both colleagues and clients:

  • We always do the right thing: We’re upfront, honest and always put our clients’ interests first.
  • We build strong relationships: We share success together and build relationships that’ll last for life. We support each other.
  • We don’t follow, we lead: We constantly strive to improve and aren’t happy to settle for second best. We develop staff with best-in-class training.
  • We take pride in what we do: We love what we do and are passionate about making a difference. We’re proud of the work we produce but aren’t afraid to be challenged by others.
  • We play to win: In an ever-evolving industry we’re not afraid to adapt with it. We’re an extremely competitive bunch and everyone pulls in the same direction.

We know that money and perks aren’t everything, but they are important. We offer you a competitive salary and benefits package including flexible hours, 20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, we shut down between Christmas and New Year (not taken out of your holiday allowance), you get your birthday off, health insurance, a pension scheme, an annual retreat based on company targets, sick pay, 50% off gym membership, regular pub visits, unlimited snacks and of course a beer fridge.

Working with Reddico is unique. You will also benefit from:

  • Reddicon: Reddicon was conceptualised in 2016. It’s a quarterly update providing open and transparent feedback on how the company is performing. We share revenue details, targets, and expectations over the coming months and years, with a ‘Reddico Pound’ breaking down where all company expenses go. The formalities are proceeded by a group activity voted for by the team. In the past we have tried our hand at curling, escape rooms, treasure hunts, assault courses, and zombie shoot ‘em ups – all before a night of food and drink.
  • Personal development day: Reddico allow everyone to have one day per quarter (paid) for personal development. This can be career related, with an annual budget for staff attending external training courses and industry events. However, you also have the opportunity to learn new skills which aren’t career focused or you can choose to volunteer.
