Team Assistant, PR agency
Our client is a leading PR agency and they're looking for an outstanding administrator to join them as Team Assistant.
You will be providing secretarial support to the team, including two Executive Directors. You will be managing diaries, arranging lunches, researching and booking venues. You will get involved with client work, including printing documents, liaising with the media, distributing press releases and helping with client events.
This is a very busy and demanding role. You will work alongside the new business team helping with pitches. You will research and produce press lists, monitor the press, newswires and online publications.
You will need advance MS office skills, great interpersonal skills, be super organised and efficient.
If you have previous experience in a PR environment that would be helpful, but is not essential.
