The role

As an Integrated Account Director you’ll be charged with looking after your clients needs from digital to the more conventional offline marketing channels, and everything in-between, your role will be truly diverse, we're looking for a skilled - well rounded Account Director or Senior Account Director- one that can hit the ground running.

You’ll work closely with the director and client services team and other team members across creative, account management, digital and strategy. These guys are all very passionate about their business, the successes they’ve enjoyed, the development team are intent too on maintaining that trajectory with more new business wins to aid continued growth.

You’ll come from another agency side environment. Your skills and experience will ensure timely delivery of projects that cover all of the digital and non-digital communications. We’re looking for someone that understands the full mix so a truly integrated Account Director is required to look after accounts from every viewpoint here, in the UK, Europe and the US too.

As a seasoned digital professional with agency side experience we’ll expect good proven skills in producing and developing creative, digital and non-digital solutions for the purpose of on and offline marketing, scoping of jobs, managing resources and projects will all be second nature along with your ability to pitch and create supporting proposal documents.

You’ll need to be a good listener, someone that can spot potential opportunities, driving your team to come up with logical, creative and innovative suggestions and be proactive in managing your team, seeing through your clients projects to final delivery. This is a client-facing role so you need to be a great communicator, you’ll be a great people person and lead as well as you can manage.

My client offers the full mix of creative and marketing services which is why we’re looking for someone that is truly integrated in their experience, it’s not just your digital experience and ideas that's required, it’s confidence in delivering on the entire mix. You will need to know your business, they’ll expect you to know how to get stuff done or find a way of doing it with the skills the team has to offer. You’re an Account Director with a lead from the front 'Can Do attitude'.
