The Role

As an Account Director you will be tasked with developing strategies and activities for clients, overseeing their execution and ensuring clients relationship with the agency remains as strong as possible. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience within a B2B focused agency environment
  • The ability to provide senior-level management and day-to-day direction of accounts, providing overarching strategic direction as well as tactical input into campaigns.
  • Business development experience - demonstrate initiative by generating organic growth and new business opportunities
  • Strong Team management skills - managing team to meet targets within correct billable hours and deadlines
  • Excellent writing skills - ability to research and write effective and accurate copy across multiple traditional and digital channels
  • A wealth of media relations experience - Ability to identify a compelling media hook in client material and conduct effective media calls/ pitches across national, trade and broadcast media; ability to maintain and develop lasting relationships with media
  • Digital - strong understanding of the use of multi-channel communications to meet client objectives
